We are experts in this market. We have been in the Cape Town real estate industry since 2004 so know the market extremely well. Before buying or recommending any property, we do a full financial analysis in order to protect your investment. We will present this analysis to you as an investor. This can be done face to face or virtually, whichever you prefer.
This report will enable you to do a purchase price analysis from your desktop. We detail all property specs such as repair work needed, refurbishment costs, legal fees, holding costs and more.
For added protection, all monies you pay, are paid to an Attorneys Trust Account. These monies can only be released with your permission.
